I missed the wedding, even though Matthias – the receptionist – was at Westminster Abbey at thirty past six in the morning. I was coming back home at this time.
DJ Chris Liebing was attending The Ministry of Sound yesterday and Susanna suggested Monica and I to go there.
The Ministry of Sound is located on the south bank of The Thames, at Elephant & Castle Station, and is one of the most famous clubs in Europe. The entrance price was £19, though!
I must admit that I have never heard such a great sound allowing you to dance zealously all night, even though you wear your roommate’s high heels shoes. I am so happy that Monica and I wear almost the same shoe size!
I prepared breakfast for Monica when we woke up this afternoon. Weekly, I think of a new idea for my breakfast Till now, I have been exploring soberly the toasts and side dishes in a mind of increasing proteins and reducing fats and sugars.
1 – Strawberry jam and Cottage Cheese – This cheese is definitely the one fulfilling my objective expressed above.
2 – Marmalade and Old Amsterdam Cheese – A quite hard and orange cheese, very tasty but not too strong.
*I was disappointed to learn that in London there was no Oka cheese – the one made in an abbey of the deep Quebec...
3 – Blackcurrant jam and Ricotta Cheese
I think I will use goat cheese next week, unless I find out an ingredient rich in protein and low in fat...
