11th April

I was dazzled when I got out of Highsbury & Islington Station: the sun, the long avenue occupied by restaurants and nice boutiques, the green spaces...  Simone had told me that this area was his favourite to live in, either Angel Station or Highsbury & Islington.
Simone, Andreas, Damien and I breakfasted at Byron Proper Hamburgers, somewhere in Islington. The restaurant is cosy and recreates the atmosphere of an old school with its woody interior and student chairs... and the Byron Burger is amazing!
Andreas and I spent the afternoon – and our cash – in Camden Market; Simone and Damien had to leave for Singapore in the early evening, therefore they abandoned us to the labyrinth of shops in Stable Market – which was, by the way, a real stable a long time ago!
Camden Market is perfect to find unique clothes, tea dishes or to have a tattoo done. I enjoyed it but once again I was reasonable and only bought a pair of glasses (£4), a coffee and a shirt (£10), though I had only £10 left at the end of the day...
Simone is gone to Singapore. I will miss him. And I will use his TV and his Wi-Fi in his room during his absence!
