I have awakened this morning on Giuseppe’s couch. We both were surprised of the amount on time we could have spent together within two days: “How much time did we spend together? I think it has been 16 hours now...”
No need to tell that the “Italian & Arabian Dinner” has flourished as a wonderful evening: candles, lounge music, vodka, four courses Italian dinner, two bottles of wine, Shisha, and Tequila we could not drink at this point... We ended up the evening watching Burlesque and having new ideas...
This morning – 1AM - We went to visit a flat at the corner of his street. Then we left each other at Oval Station, south Bank...
To meet 6 hours later at The Seven Dials in Covent Garden where we attended a Tango Class leaded by Martin the Argentine. It is incredible how some specific kind of people can create magic moments. First, Martin has this calm energy that sets the perfect environment for learning, allowing Giuseppe and I to realize that we are very compatible dancers. As the evening was flying away with the Milonga, a corner of the room was being prepared to welcome musicians. Martin, his guitar, his voice and a clarinettist accompanying him, started to create something else, something beautiful. Few seconds later, a slim young man reached the piano and was invited to join. Two men arrived then, an accordionist and a guitarist and found some room around the Jam.

I was hungry. Giuseppe brought me to a Chinese buffet where we could eat as much as we wanted for £6.50, although we had to swallow all within 15 minutes since the restaurant was closing!
Within few days, Giuseppe the bartender of The Modern Pantry has revealed and still reveals thousands of Giuseppes: Giuseppe the writer, the owner, the chief animator, the dancer, the caterer... He keeps surprising me with the variety of things he has experienced through his life and his unlimited energy for life.
