The trial at the Modern Pantry went well. Thank you Graziano; I held 3 plates at the same time, event emptied it while holding two others, I smiled and I WAS GOOD. The waiters were very nice to me – they were also gay.
I met the cooks. They told the guy who was training me: “Manage to make her pass.” And then: “There is a competition between the ladies in this restaurant: I vote for you.” I felt cherished.
And I had the job. I’ve worked from 16 to 23:30. Tomorrow I am working at 16.

I am writting to all of you. Graziano came back from work and had a present for me: Chocolate Truffles from the Ivy, as promised yesterday. Delicious.
